How long until my video is ready?
Usually just a few minutes. You can follow the progress in your studio and download the video there.
Which platforms are the videos made for?
Instagram Stories in 9:16 (1080 × 1920, 12 seconds, 60 fps). They also work for Reels, TikTok and WhatsApp Status.
Can I use the music?
Every video includes music from our own library. You'll find the terms of use in our terms and conditions.
Can I use my own logo and DJ photos?
Yes. Upload your logo and DJ photos once and pick them for every video. The background of DJ photos is removed automatically.
What are tokens?
Tokens are your credit: 1 token = €1. A video costs 14.99 tokens with and 18.99 tokens without watermark. When you top up, you get 20% bonus tokens on top.
Can I try it for free?
Yes – after signing up you get 2 videos with watermark for free.
